Phil Cullen

Phil is Adaptiv’s General Manager with experience gained from working in a variety of roles including Practise & Team Management, Consultancy, Process Improvement, Project Management and Training. Coming from an accountancy and ICT management background when he was living in the UK, he has been involved in all aspects of a manufacturing and commercial business.

 

Phil has over 12 years’ experience using and consulting on large scale ERP applications. These roles have given him a thorough understanding of the significance of an ERP implementation, and the integration required with other business applications. In the last 5 years he managed a team of developers, implementing and managing applications that include MS Dynamics AX, CRM & SharePoint, as well custom applications .Net, mobile and web technologies.

 

Phil is able to communicate this to customers to ensure a successful outcome – on time and on budget. To back up the product knowledge, he also has 30 years commercial experience in customer centric organisations.
